Items we have in stock typically ship within 1-2 business days from the order date. Following dispatch, delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method and destination.

Made-to-Order Items

Our made-to-order items require a longer lead time. These items are crafted once an order is placed, which allows us to reduce waste and manufacture responsibly. The lead time for these items is typically 2-6 weeks depending on the product and quantity, including production lead time, using our free economy shipping option, and is reduced to 8-15 days using our Priority Production & Express Delivery option (which also includes production lead time). Please note that these are estimated timeframes and can vary depending on the complexity of the order and current demand. We recommend checking the estimated delivery date listed on the product page or contacting our customer service for more accurate information.

Ordering at Meraki is a simple and flexible process. Here's how:

Browse and Select

Go through our collection of products or use the search function to find what you're after. Once you've found your desired product, customize it as needed and click 'Add to Cart'. You can save your items in the cart if you're not ready to place the order yet.

Checkout

Once you're satisfied with your selections, go to your cart by clicking on the 'Cart' icon at the top right of the page. Review your items and then click 'Checkout'. Shipping Details: Fill in your shipping address and select your preferred shipping method.

Payment

Prices are typically displayed in our store's default currency, GBP, and converted into your native currency. However, due to limitations by our merchant provider, prices are often displayed in GBP at checkout. You should still have the option to checkout and pay in your native currency, but don't worry if not as we also accept payments via bank transfer in EUR, CAD, AUS, USD. This is a manual transaction process that you can arrange by contacting our customer service team.
