Delivery lead times and delivery processUpdated a month ago

We understand that you're eager to receive your order, and we want to keep you informed about its progress at every stage of the journey.

Order Ready / 'Ordered'

As soon as you place your order, we receive it and prepare it for production. This stage typically takes 2-3 working days.

In Production

Once the order is ready, it is sent to our workshop team where it undergoes all the necessary stages required before dispatch. These include machining, hand finishes, packaging, and preparation for shipping. Please note that while the majority of our products are made to order, some items are readily stocked for quicker dispatch. Clearance items are an exception to the above.

If you select our economy production and shipping option, your order will have an approximate 7-21 working day production lead time. However, if you choose our priority production and express option at checkout, this time is reduced to 3-10 working days for both production and delivery combined. If you require a shorter turnaround time, it may be possible to upgrade your order while it is still in the Order Ready or In Production stage.

Dispatched

Once your order is dispatched, it makes its way to our logistics partner who then arranges for it to be delivered to the final destination. This process usually only takes 1-2 days. Once a tracking number is generated, your order status will change to In Transit.

In Transit

During the In Transit stage, your order will be transported to the courier/postal service in your country via a third-party carrier organised by our logistics partner. While this stage is underway, there may be limited tracking updates and travel through a number of sorting centres with your 'last mile' carrier, and your tracking number may not show any updates for a while. For instance, Royal Mail status usually says 'awaiting parcel from sender'. Please don't worry; this is normal! The possible reasons for this could be that your order is clearing customs, or is waiting for processing by the freight company.

Usually, the 'last mile' carrier will be your local or national delivery provider. In the UK, it is Royal Mail, and in France, it is La Poste, for example.

This stage can take up to 10-14 working days. If you have any concerns about your delivery status while it is In Transit, please contact us, and our team will be more than happy to investigate for you.

Last Mile

Once your package is scanned by your local courier, you'll receive more detailed tracking updates, such as an 'out for delivery' email. At this point, you can expect your order to be delivered in around 1-3 days. You'll also receive an email once your package is out for delivery.

If there are any issues regarding your delivery, please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience. We're here to help!
