Do I need to pay for returns postage?Updated a month ago
Please ensure you familiarise yourself with our returns policy before submitting an RMA to avoid your request being rejected.
UK Customers:
We offer free returns for all UK customers within 90 days of receiving the original goods where eligible. Please keep in mind that we will not reimburse any postage costs for returns that are not made via our returns system or before an RMA is generated.
EU, Australian, North & South American, and Rest of World Customers:
If you need to return an item, please be aware that you will be responsible for the return postage costs within 90 days of receiving the original goods. In case the goods arrive damaged or faulty, please do not organise the return without first obtaining approval from our customer service team. Also note that we will not reimburse any postage costs for returns not made via our returns system or before an RMA is generated.
Please note:
All returns over the value of £300 / 300EUR / 400USD / 500CAD / 2500DKK / 350CHF are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned. It is important to pack your return properly to ensure that there is no risk of damage during transit and to follow all provided instructions. If your return arrives in poor condition due to improper packing, we may not process your return/exchange in full.
