We understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating. Please keep in mind that delivery times for your returned item(s) to our warehouse may vary depending on your location and the returns courier you used.

It can take up to 30 days for your return to be processed by our warehouse team and for your refund to be actioned. After processing, it may take an additional 5 days for the refund to appear in your account.

If your return has been marked as delivered, our returns team will send you an email to confirm that the return has been processed and the refund has been initiated. If you need to contact customer support about your return, please include the following information in your message: proof of postage (such as a receipt), the tracking number, and your order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
