As a business, we have decided to not close our doors to our existing customers, and absorb the costs of your import duties and fees if you live in the EU or UK. Fees are prepaid in advance where possible, however, if you do receive a request for payment, continue reading below.

What to do if you have been charged or have received a request for payment for duties and taxes.

All you need to do is get in touch with our customer support ([email protected]) and supply us with additional information regarding your charges, and you will be reimbursed via a refund to your original payment method or alternative funding source.
