We offer postage-free returns for all our UK customers within 90 days of receipt of goods in original condition.

Please note that we will not reimburse any postage costs for returns not made via our returns system or before an RMA is generated.

Customers in the EU

Customers are responsible for returning the order for a refund within 90 days of receipt of goods in original conditions.

If the goods arrive damaged or faulty, we will not ask you to organise the return back to us without prior approval from our customer service team.

Customers in Australia

Important notes that apply to all returns

All returns over the value of £300 / 300EUR / 400USD / 500CAD / 2500DKK / 350CHF are subject to a 10% restock fee if returned.

Please make sure you pack your return properly to ensure there is no risk of damage during transit and follow all instructions provided. If your return order arrives in poor condition due to improper packing then we will not process your return/exchange in full.
