Once you place your order, it will go through a few different stages before its delivered to you:
We have received your order and it's awaiting allocation to the workshop for production.
Your order is now with the workshop team and is going through all the stages required before dispatch, including hand finishes, packaging and preparation for shipping.
Please note that whilst the majority of our products are made to order, some items are available for quicker dispatch as they are readily stocked.
If you select our economy production & shipping option this means your order will have an approximate 7-14 working day production lead time. If you select our priority production & express option at checkout, this time is reduced to 3-10 working days for both production and delivery combined. If your order is still in Order Ready or In Production stage, it may be possible to upgrade this if you require a short turnaround time.
A quick teaser of the production process!
Once dispatched, your order makes its way to our logistics partner who then arranges for the order to be dispatched to the final location. This process usually only takes 1-2 days. Once a tracking number has been generated, your order status will change to In Transit.
Once in transit, your order will make its way to the courier/postal service in your country via a third party carrier organised by our logistics partner. During this stage, there may be limited tracking updates with your 'last mile' carrier and your tracking number may not show any updates for a while, e.g. Royal Mail status usually says 'awaiting parcel from sender' don’t worry - this is normal! The possible reasons for this are that the order is clearing customs, or is waiting processing by the freight company.
Usually, the 'last mile' carrier will be your local or national delivery provider. In the UK, it is Royal Mail, in France, it is La Poste as examples.
This stage can take up to 10-14 working days. If you have any concerns about your delivery status whilst in transit, please contact us and our team will happily investigate for you.
‘Last Mile’ - Once the package is scanned by your local courier, you’ll receive more detailed tracking updates, such as an 'out for delivery' email. From this point you can expect to have your order delivered in around 1-3 days. You’ll also receive an email once your package is out for delivery.
