Value-Added Tax (VAT)

For customers within the UK, all prices displayed on our website include VAT. For customers outside the UK, prices remain the same as the UK prices. This is because we pay the VAT through the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method with our shipping carrier. This ensures customers in the EU and other countries won't receive any additional import charges upon delivery.

For businesses within the EU, the import process differs slightly. If the shipping address is a business, please provide us with your EORI and VAT number. This will help speed up customs clearance, as business-to-business imports are handled differently from business-to-consumer imports.

If you have received a notice for payment of duties and VAT and live in the EU, please get in touch with our support team who can assist with the process of claiming your fees back.

Import Duties

For customers outside the UK and EU, import duties may still apply depending on your country's customs regulations. Here are the thresholds for some popular destinations:

  • USA: Goods value exceeding 800 USD are subject to duties.

  • Canada: Goods value exceeding 20 CAD are subject to duties.

  • Australia: Goods value exceeding 1000 AUD are subject to duties.

  • UAE: Goods value exceeding 1000 AED are subject to duties.

These charges aren't included in our prices and are typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
