Changing your delivery option after you've placed your order is possible with meraki. If you initially selected economy delivery but have since changed your mind and would prefer express delivery, here's how you can do it:
Contact Customer Service: Get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. You can reach us by email or through our live chat function.
Provide Your Order Information: When contacting us, please provide your order number and the details of the change you want to make.
Pay the Supplementary Cost: We will calculate the additional cost for express delivery based on the weight of your order and other factors. You will then be provided with a payment link to complete the transaction.
Please note that this process needs to be completed before your order is dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery method.
