For in-stock items that you would like to return for a refund or exchange, customers in the UK are eligible for free-postage returns and a postage label will automatically be generated for you using our returns and exchange portal. For all customers outside of the UK, you will be responsible for the return postage costs unless the product is faulty, damaged or sent in error.
For made-to-order items, if the product is faulty, we will cover the return postage costs.
