For in-stock items, we offer a 90-day return policy from the date you received your order. If the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and in the same condition you received it, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange.

For made-to-order items, returns are a bit different. These items are custom made specifically for you, and because of this, we can only offer refunds or exchanges on these items if they are faulty.
