We're thrilled to have you on board and can't wait to see what you create! In this article, we'll provide you with a guide to accessing our wholesale store and placing your first pro order. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team.

Benefits of Being a Trade Customer

As a trade customer, you'll enjoy the following benefits:

  • Priority Manufacturing: We place your orders at the top of our production queue in our workshops.

  • Incremental Discounts: We periodically review your discount level for eligibility of further discount.

  • Dedicated Account Support: Our team is available to help you at every stage of the journey.

  • Express Shipping Options: We offer express delivery options with a range of partner carriers.

  • Quick and Easy Ordering: We've designed a quick and effective way for you to browse and order.

Step 1: Accessing the Store

Upon joining our trade programme, you'll receive an email to activate your account. If you haven't done so already, please activate your account and notify us when you've completed this task. Once logged in, you'll see a button in the bottom left side of your screen titled "Wholesale Store". Click this button to open up the trade catalogue.

Step 2: Navigating the Catalogue

The first page you'll see is our catalogue page. From here, you can search for the specific product or collection you're looking for. You can also use the dropdown tabs on the top right to filter further. For example, using the 'tags' dropdown, you can filter by size in mm, which is great if you're looking for handles that need to fit a specific size! We've used the VORM collection as an example.

After using the search field for VORM, the catalogue shows us all the products in that collection. Now, you can quickly select the sizes you need, the finish, and quantity and add them to your cart. Once you have all the items you need, click the shopping trolley icon to view your cart and begin checking out.

Step 3: Cart, Checkout, and Payment

After adding your products to the cart, you can review and amend any products and quantities. You can also leave further instruction via the order notes. Click checkout to proceed.

Now, you're at the checkout. You can use any of the payment methods available to pay online. Please note that if you wish to pay in a currency other than GBP, please get in touch with our customer service team, or your account manager to request a link to the checkout in your chosen currency. This will be sent via an invoice email and will contain a link for you to checkout online.

If you prefer, you can also pay for your order via bank transfer. If you exit the checkout at this stage, a draft order will be created for you where we can apply your order to, so there is no need to worry about saving your order details.

Custom Quoting for a Bespoke Project

In some cases, you may prefer to contact us directly for a quote for a bespoke project. Our account managers are available Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm GMT to assist with any purchasing or custom product queries. Please don't hesitate to get in touch!
