Ordering at Meraki is a simple and flexible process. Here's how:
Browse and Select
Go through our collection of products or use the search function to find what you're after. Once you've found your desired product, customize it as needed and click 'Add to Cart'. You can save your items in the cart if you're not ready to place the order yet.
Checkout
Once you're satisfied with your selections, go to your cart by clicking on the 'Cart' icon at the top right of the page. Review your items and then click 'Checkout'.
Shipping Details: Fill in your shipping address and select your preferred shipping method.
Payment
Prices are typically displayed in our store's default currency, GBP, and converted into your native currency. However, due to limitations by our merchant provider, prices are often displayed in GBP at checkout. You should still have the option to checkout and pay in your native currency, but don't worry if not as we also accept payments via bank transfer in EUR, CAD, AUS, USD. This is a manual transaction process that you can arrange by contacting our customer service team.
Quotes and Pro-Forma Invoices
If you need a quote or a pro-forma invoice, please reach out to our customer service team who can assist you with this.
Draft Orders
For customers with complex needs or who need more time, we offer the option to create draft orders.
Confirmation
Once your payment is successful, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
