Check the tracking information provided in your dispatch email. If your order is partially fulfilled, you will receive separate dispatch emails and tracking numbers for each part of your order.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours or your local post office. More often than not the parcel has been left with with a neighbour or in a safe place.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delayed Tracking Updates
When choosing our free Economy Shipping, remember that it uses a more sustainable, bulk-freight method. This often means there might be periods of 1-2 weeks where no tracking updates are visible while the package is in a sorting centre or on a longer shipping route. You can always contact our customer service team if you have any cause for concern that the parcel is lost in transit.
Marked as Delivered but Missing
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours or your local post office.
Damaged Upon Arrival
