Understanding refund statuses

Explaining the various refund statuses for your meraki. order.

At meraki., we understand that you'll want to know the status of your refund once you've returned an item. Here are the various refund statuses and what they mean:

  1. Pending: We've received your request for a refund, but we haven't received the returned item yet.

  2. Received: We've received the returned item and it is pending inspection, or we are currently inspecting it.

  3. Approved: The returned item passed our inspection, and the refund has been approved. At this stage, we'll process the refund via your original payment method.

  4. Rejected: The returned item failed our inspection, and the refund has been rejected. At this stage, we will contact you with further information.

  5. Processed: The refund has been issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to appear in your account.
