At meraki., we understand that you'll want to know the status of your refund once you've returned an item. Here are the various refund statuses and what they mean:
Pending: We've received your request for a refund, but we haven't received the returned item yet.
Received: We've received the returned item and it is pending inspection, or we are currently inspecting it.
Approved: The returned item passed our inspection, and the refund has been approved. At this stage, we'll process the refund via your original payment method.
Rejected: The returned item failed our inspection, and the refund has been rejected. At this stage, we will contact you with further information.
Processed: The refund has been issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to appear in your account.
